Gorgeous watches. A little on the pricey side but for a beautiful watch it’s worth it I’m sure. I’ve seen them advertised and they’re lovely!

My watch is very nice and clearly top notch. The watch is unique, looks amazing, and extremely attractive to wear. The fit is unbelievable and the unique design of the watch is built with a great statement. I will definitely be buying more Paul Rich watches in the future. Fits my style.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wrote Paul Rich about no one getting back to me after 3 months of attempts and NO watch. Last week I wrote a review on the platform and within 12 hours I heard from someone and was told to email support, which I did. AND HAD DONE for 3 months. Its been a WEEK with NO reply!!!!!! REFUND ME! or send my watch and respond to my emails and concerns. This is stealing and fraud as far as I'm concerned. I've been charged but have not received a thing! TERRIBLE experience.
