DO NOT BUY! Took ages to come, and they sent me an empty box with no watch inside, ITS A SCAM. Then they said they will chase it up and it’s been a 5 days with and yet still no email.

I just want to be clear, if I was writing this review solely on the watch it would be 5 stars, everything about the star dust watch i purchased is legit from top to bottom. But in order to give a perfect rating everything would have had to go perfect, which it didn’t... I was notified that my watch was shipped but it was an error, they had actually ran out of stock and my watch had to go on the pre-order list, I was very upset and expressed my frustration with the company. The customer service was very responsive and transparent about everything, they admitted fault and reasonably compensated for their mistake. All in all, S**t happens but they made it right, I highly recommend this company, and if I see something else I like, I will be returning!! Thanks,

Watch did not meet expectations, looks a bit cheap. No problem, I decided to return it. What a nightmare. If you want to return a product in the EU you need to pay high costs (+-30 euros, 1/3 of the price of the watch). The zip code of the warehouse in Poland (05-850) is not accepted by different shipping companies (for example by UPS) which causes extra hassle. Contact with customer service contributed nothing, I received no useful help. I still haven't found a decent and affordable solution. I would not recommend ordering here. Edit: I just want to make people aware of the high cost of returning and Paul rich is reporting this review so it will be deleted… It is absolutely not correct to try to remove negative comments... Edit 2: Paul Rich has changed it's answer to this post, now even more rude. Shows their way of dealing with customers once again. Ps: I didn't receive my money for the return within the promised 10 business days. Had to contact clientservice two times to get my money back.

They are fantastic! You won't find such great watches at such a price!

Everything is perfect I like the Paul Rich watches style and perfect quality. I buy Heart of the Ocean watch for my girlfriend and Star Dust for me it's a perfect quality for fair price.

Amazing quality and very unique design. I got many compliment on my watch. The delivery was very fast :) Would highly recommend this company!

I ordered the King's Jade watch on steel watchband. It looks great and is really unique. Might get the Star Dust next.
