The watch I gave my boyfriend looks realy cool and has high quality. After months of wearing the leather strap is still in very good shape. This week I oredered one for myself. Everything goes smothly so far.

I have orderd a stardust on black friday. I don’t received the watch yet but i spoke with Hubert and he told me that they have a little problem with customs at the moment and thats why the watch Is not send yet. But after a talk and great service i believe that the watch is shipped next week. When i recieved the watch, i send another review. For now 4 stars

We ordered a watch begin december and we still don't have it. We emailed and told us that it will be shipped and arrive in the 5 to 7 days. Still nothing... Hopefully we will receive it...

I ordered a watch at the end of November and have also been told that it was out of stock and then would be shipped on the 16th December. Since then I have sent numerous follow up emails as I needed to change the shipping address. I haven’t had any substantive response. Will probably look to cancel my order but now am worried even that won’t work.

I ordered a Paul Rich Conquest watch and when it finally got delivered I had to set the time. So i gently pulled the crown on the right side of the watch as requested, instead of setting the time the whole crown came out of the watch and so i had to send it back for repair. I am waiting 2 weeks now for my new watch and instead of repairing my other watch they want to send a new one, but all the conquest black watches are out of stock so probably expecting my watch next year due to the Christmas... I have had contact with their customer service who don't always reply on your e-mails. Next time i will definitely buy another watch.
