My patience is being tested with lack of communication. I ordered about a month ago and was told it would ship within a couple days, I sent follow up emails and finally did get a response back saying it will be an extra couple days due to a warehouse issue. Weeks later, nothing and I can not get anyone in customer service to communicate with me. The phone number on the website does not work either (not a good sign). I can understand delays due to matters outside of their control, but I really find it hard to believe the lack of communication and seemingly misleading information they provide - all common complaints I see (wish I would of looked this up before ordering, see their BBB rating - yikes). Ultimately if I can not get my order within the next week, I would like a full refund. Order # PR47143SG

I am very selective when it comes to watches. I like making myself presentable and their watch absolutely passed my standard. GREAT!
