i really love the watch but it took too long to get it to norway. the watch is very expensive. i found a similar watch that looks almost the same for cheaper in alibaba so i paid for that too in order to see if there was any differences between original watch or a fake one to see if i wasted my money or not. i got the fake watch today and it looks almost real but it does not shine as much as the original paul rich watch. so paul rich watch is worth the money. the fake watch from alibaba looks horrible but it does look very similar. so i prefer the real paul rich watch! had to pay taxes too so be aware of that.

Our watches are not from Alibaba! They stole all our photos and now there are copies of our watches popping up from time to time. We literally never talked to anyone on Alibaba or ordered watches from there. That website is scam central! So thanks for the review and comparison.

Hello, basically I bought my watch from them on 26th November, and I specifically paid extra to get it delivered to me within 3-5 days as per the information on their website… On Monday 29th I got a response back to say the following: Ralph (Paul Rich) Nov 29, 2021, 13:18 GMT+1 Hello Kevin Thank you for contacting Paul Rich's customer service. I apologize for the delay, we should start shipping the orders today. Unfortunately, we're experiencing a small delay with shipping out our new models because the new batch of watches wasn't delivered on time to our third-party fulfillment partner warehouse. We expect to start shipping orders with Aurora and Rainbow models on Monday at the latest (11/29). Once again I apologize for the delay and inconvenience. Best regards Ralph Paul-Rich Customer Support Followed by my response: Can I get a partial refund then? If the watch does not arrive within the 3-5 days as stated on your website for the express shipping? As I specifically paid for express shipping. Your order was cancelled and refunded per your request. Please keep in mind you ordered on BLACK FRIDAY the busiest e-commerce shopping event of the year. Saturday and Sunday are not days when couriers usually ship (November 27, 28) although our warehouse worked overtime the entire weekend to ship out several thousand orders. On November 29 (Monday) you already started raising hell that your order wasn't shipped. Your review is in fact horrible and I wish you never bought from me. Please avoid me at all cost in the future. By the way it says 3-5 business days but of course you had to claim it's 3-5 regular days to make the review "hurt" me even more. You review title "worst watch company I've ever bought from" is complete fluff. You were refunded, order was cancelled and you didn't even get to product to review it so you can't say anything bad about it based on facts. So what exactly are you reviewing? UPS Express Delivery? Perhaps review it on their profile? Here's the link https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.ups.com. We will never process any orders from you or other accounts in the future ever again.

I was looking to buy a watch before the holidays and came across this brand, and was stunned at the prices and the designs of every watch, i purchased a frosted star dust silver 42mm and fit perfectly! Not just that, i received it in under 2 days and im across the globe! Would definitely recommend this brand, this is the best choice i have made!

Hello Katherine Thank you very much for your review. Unfortunately how fast package will be delivered does not only depend on us but also on the shipping company and selected shipment option. Free international delivery usually takes up to 15 business days to fulfill. However, express shipping rarely takes longer than 5 days in total. Once again thank you for your review.
