I recently ordered a pre-ordered…
I ordered a pre-order frosted black leather watch on the 2nd May and was supposed to be shipped out after 3 weeks. This watch was suppose to be a birthday gift for my husband in June but I could not give him the watch because Paul Rich have not sent the watch. I have send 5 emails requesting why my watch has not been delivered and each time someone from the customer support reply’s with its a carrier service delay. They cannot give me a tracking number either. Every time I email them they will say to wait another couple of weeks. We are now at the end of June and I have not received the watch or a tracking number. This is the worse service I have experienced. Waiting for a pre ordered watch 3 weeks PLUS a whole month is not acceptable.

Betrug
Ich habe eine Uhr bei Paul Rich für 200€ bestellt. Diese kam kaputt bei mir an. Habe sie gleich zurückgesandt und um Erstattung des Betrages gebeten.. sie meinten erst, das sei gar kein Problem und ich würde auch 25 USD von den 60€ Rückversand die ich gezahlt hatte, zurückbekommen. Ein paar Emails später meinten sie dann, nein das hätten sie nie gesagt, das würde bei Rückerstattungen nicht gezahlt werden. Seit Dezember versuche ich nun, meine 200€ für die Uhr zurückzubekommen, leider ohne Erfolg. Mittlerweile schreibt mir auch niemand mehr zurück. Ich hatte monatelang E-Mail Kontakt mit Anna von Paul Rich. Diese meinte mehrmals, das Geld würde mir in den nächsten Tagen überwiesen werden. Es kam aber nie.
