Poor customer service

This place is the worst, have nothing tondo with them!!!! I only wish I had seen their reviews before ordering. Ordered 24+ hours before funeral event, 40 mins before scheduled start they call to say they can’t deliver. Thru didn’t even care that I was upset and when I asked if they were the owners, they said yes. But it was clear they weren’t. NEVER USE THIS FLORIST IF YOU ACTIALLY WANT YOUR FLOWERS DELIVERED!!!

Ordered flowers for a next day get well delivery. Did receive a call ...I called back and the call center had no idea why they called. Then another call saying flowers were unavailable Friday would be delivered the following Monday and they would add flowers to the order for my inconvenience. That person was very nice. Delivery did take place on Monday but the flowers looked like they had been in a car all weekend. Bloomed out, partially wilted and no where near what was promised by the photo etc. I was so embarrassed. This is not a local flower shop.

One star only because zero stars isn’t an option. This business needs to be shut down by the BBB or local authorities. I won’t spend more time on this review since I’ve wasted hours of my time dealing with these imbeciles already. Ordered funeral flowers. Never delivered. Reason? “We didn’t have the materials. Joke. This company is a joke stay away from them. They are a scam. They take your money, they claim to be local and serving the community and they are not. I ordered flowers to be delivered by 530pm. I called at 5 was told they were on the road for delivery..called at 530 and was told the delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. Asked to speak to a manager, was told the order showed a delivery of 6/9. I have an email confirmation of 6/8 and notes that say to be delivered before 5pm. Manager said she needed to pull the call log, then hung up on me. Spoke with cheska. This company is a fraud and need to be shut down

These people should be shut down. Dishonest business practices and callous customer service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Flowers were delivered after service. Emails back in forth for days to make sure of delivery and yet they still were unable to accomplish the task. DO NOT USE THEM! Thankfully bank did not pay them.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a florist. Ordered a bouquet for the next day. The package wasn’t delivered until after 5PM and the flowers were a fraction of what they should have been. Given some bullsh*t excuse about how availability was limited, and only refunded $20! Never again. This place is an absolute joke!!
