I had a plant sent for a funeral. BOY WHAT A MISTAKE!! First I tried to order some Fuchsia Azalea's NOPE out of that one. I ordered a Premium 8" Peace Lily in a beautiful White pot With decorative ribbon on the pot thinking I would get what is shown on the web site. NOPE AGAIN!! a small shabby plant was sent with no Blooms and a tin foil wrap around the plastic pot. When I reached out to patricia's petals I was emailed back pretty much TOUGH Crap. Read the terms and conditions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!

They sent the wrong flowers the day that I ordered them they couldn’t deliver that day they said they could so they end up mailing out the next day then on top of that I got charged for something I didn’t order I will never do business with these people again do not order from them!!!

Ordered on Wednesday and we were texted Saturday 2 hours prior to the funeral that they were not going to be able to make the delivery. Very very Unhappy! Wish we had looked at the reviews first! Thankfully our local florist was able to get one ready that we could pick up.

I placed an order for a sympathy arrangement for a close friend on the internet for a next day delivery to the Funeral home before the family visitation. I received a confirmation email the next which was the day the delivery was requested. They had my phone number. The day after the arrangement was to be delivered which was the day of the funeral I received an email not a phone call, saying they were not able to obtain the flowers needed to make the arrangement, so they did not make the delivery. I can understand with the supply problems now days not being able obtain the needed flowers. What I don't understand is why did they wait to email not call the day after the delivery was scheduled so I could close another arrangement or so I could contact another Florist.

Promised to delivery called 3pm next day and said sorry we cant.. OMG this is so not cool.. thought I was calling a local company and it was my daughters birthday at work and her 1 year anniversary at work.. Now I have been on hold for over 20 min listing to bad music

FRAUD. FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED - I WAS NOT CHARGED BUT MY ATM WAS COMPROMISED WITH CHARGES I DID NOT MAKE- ONE BEING TO A STATUS CROW AND APPLE PAY

Placed order 24 hours in advance. Received notification the afternoon that the delivery was to be made to be told they could not deliver due to supply chain issues. Requested a different arrangement and was told that was not possible. Caused me to miss my siblings 60th birthday. Do not use.

I ordered flowers to be delivered 2 days later for a dear friends birthday. They never arrived.
