I was ordered a flower for a funeral service to be delivered at home, it was delivered on time! However what I ordered I’m didn’t even looked at what they received! I paid over $130 worth of flowers arrangement and I received a flowers worth of no more that $20! That is really bad service and I wish I would of read the reviews before I would of ordered! Very disappointed and this is a fraud business and they need to shot them down for good! They are stealing our money and I think we need to be careful with our credit card charges too!

This company is completely HORRIBLE. Not only did they offer same day delivery, they then called me and said the flowers would be brought the next day in the middle of the funeral and then cancelled the entire order on me after the delivery window. Called into customer service and was hung up on repeatedly when I would ask to speak to corporate out the manager. They also told me they were local in Norfolk VA, and said I couldn't pick up the flowers, add the building was being renovated. I then learn they are in Florida and no where near here. Didn't even care that they dropped the ball for a funeral of a 24 year old male killed tragically.... They need to be put out of business asap.

If I could give a minus I would. Told after the funeral service that they were not able to get flowers to funeral on time so wanted to deliver spray to their home instead! I am in Washington, funeral in Arkansas so no way to go in to really tell them off. Like others they said problem was "supply chain", Bull---t. Need to be put out of business!!

Same experience as others below. Ordered, received a confirmation and then an email late in the date of delivery that they have supply issues.

Like many others here, ordered flowers for a funeral, notified the day of the funeral, too late to find another florist, that they had supply chain issues and could not fill the order. These people need to be shut down and investigated for fraud. They also advertise that they are local. It's a lie. The supply chain excuse is a lie, too. Their website is still advertising 45% off site-wide and free same-day delivery. Free delivery is a lie, because they add a $15.99 service fee.

Stay away. I was ordering a sympathy spray for my aunt’s viewing/funeral and my cousin confirmed that a bouquet in a small vase arrived. This is not what I ordered at all. I contacted the florist and questioned the huge difference and I was informed that they can’t substitute based on their policy. I had informed the employee taking my phone order that I specifically didn’t want any substitutes from the online graphic. The employee never told me that they can’t accommodate my request and never told me of their substitute policy. Just know that if you order from the site, the arrangement will be completely different. What a disappointment!

Unfortunately this doesn't allow me to give negative stars so I guess they can have a 1. Please, please, please spare yourselves and DO NOT order from this company!!! I ordered flowers for my nephews FUNERAL and the crap that Patricia's Petals did was ridiculous! Let's start with the day before the actual funeral I received a text stating my over $100 standing spray (these are the sprays that go on either side of the casket) had been delivered and how did I like my purchase....this freaked me out considering they were a day early so I'm thinking the absolute worse and assuming they may have gone to another funeral I immediately called them and was told that the text was a mistake and they were scheduled to be delivered before 5 on 9/16.....mind you I am in the middle of grieving but seeing as I myself work in customer service I was understanding and just reconfirmed my delivery date and time and ended the call. Now the next day....THE DAY OF THE FUNERAL!...I arrive with my family one hour before the service, as we are going over all the arrangements and collecting cards so that we can thank everyone later I notice that my arrangement is NOT included with the rest. This of course worries me, I speak with the funeral director (the funeral home btw was AMAZING) they researched for me but couldn't find my arrangement so I called Patricia's Petals half an hour before the service....I was told they were in route....when I asked what time would they be there I was again told they were in route....when I asked what was going to happen if they were late I was told...u guessed it they are in route! This was AFTER the customer service rep spoke with the driver and all I could get was "in route". The service BEGINS still no flowers! A half hour later I get a call the driver states he has been banging on the door and no one answers, I go to the desk and speak with a director (who was at the desk the entire time) she advises me there is a bell that he's supposed to ring because duh they can't hear him the front! I tell her that the driver claims he's been there for over five minutes, she shows me the camera that was right in front of her and advises me he just got there and when she seen who it was she stated "he knows better he's delivered here before" all while giving me a concerned look...I didn't understand why at they time until I saw the arrangement. This thing looked NOTHING like what I had ordered! It had these huge palm leaves sticking out from everywhere (even though what I originally ordered had palm leaves this was NOT the design) and then it barely had any flowers! For a premium stranding spray I expected more flowers considering the one pictured on their website DEFINITELY had more then a cheap $5 bouquet that was obviously just slapped onto my arrangement.....and then the card! Not only did it have "chicken scratch" writing on it but it looked like it had been on the floor, it was dirty, it looked like it had been wet then dried and was crimply! When I called to speak with someone I was told I could only do that via email so I did....I was offered I believe $30 in credit, my repeated emails back and forth landed me an extra $15 for a grand total of $45 on a $109 arrangement that I couldn't even use! This was the last thing I could give my nephew and Patricia's Petals took that away from me. Please, please, please spare yourselves! I only looked at their reviews on their website which of course glorified them and I didn't think to look on actual review sites...BIG MISTAKE! I will be writing a review on every platform I can find so that this NEVER happens to anyone again! This has completely traumatized me...I feel as though I failed my nephew in providing him with a proper farewell and I will NEVER be able to get that back! Patricia's Petals should be ashamed!!!

This company feels like a scam or they have terrible mgt. I ordered an orchid. Spelling of the note was inaccurate and order never received. I contacted them b/c they advertise a local florist but I don't think they are local. I asked for their physical address and they would not share with me. Beware.
