This customer ordered a delivery, paid for the delivery, and waited for confirmation of delivery. The confirmation received was that Patricia’s Petals denied service to this customer while never offering any options. No contact about future service to be provided was ever extended to this customer. How should a customer’s order ever be denied without providing an option of a later delivery. Wow! Nonchalantly avoiding this customer and refusing to provide service to this customer are two things ✔️ done. Why? This customer is stuck on treating others with respect and dignity. Flowers, caring and distributing them, represent l o v e. The way Patricia’s Petals handled this customer’s order was deplorable and distasteful. Yuck=Patricia’s Petals customer service.

Never never never! Ordered flowers three days in advance for a funeral - flowers were not delivered - was not contacted until four hours past the funeral time, then was asked if I wanted them delivered to the family’s home the next day. My instructions to them were detailed about deliver expectations. While the staff sent friendly sounding emails and indicated they understood my requests, there is no excuse for not delivering to a funeral on time given that we ordered three days in advance. Avoid at all costs - find a local florist instead.

i ordered from one in Lombard, Illinois who claims they are local and privately owned. I was so angry at what they sent to the Funeral home for the loss of my sister, my one and only. Filled a $195.00 order with cheap red carnations instead of red roses as picture showed, and with white pom poms instead of WHite Lilly's. I will not let this lye. I will file a complaint with BBB and slam them all over social media, plus call them and demand that half the cost be refunded.

I ordered flowers for my Aunts funeral. I wanted them to be special, so I chose a plant arrangement with some white flowers, and peace Lilly. I asked to add two red roses, and two white cardinal ( birds, my Aunt loved them). But since I'm out of state. And not able to be there, I asked for a photo of the arrangement. But they said due to the increased orders, they were unable to.

I placed an online order on 1/3/23, and received a call and text message stating the florist was out of flowers and they wanted permission to deliver on 1/4/23. The evening of 1/3 a lady called and stated the delivery driver was not able to deliver the arrangement due to no one answered the door. They stated the driver called the resident twice and the call went to voice mail. I call BS. They just texted and called stating they were out of flowers and then stated they were not able to deliver. I emailed the company 1/4 to check the status of my order and received an email stating they will not know if the arrangement was delivered until the driver returns. I called the company at 8:00pm on 1/4 and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. A gentleman stated that the arrangement was probably out on delivery. Well, There is no way a florist would be delivering arrangements at 9-10pm. Again, I call BS!!! I have reported the company for fraudulent.

I used this florist thinking they were local. They are not local. I ordered the Home for the Holidays Centerpiece and specifically said, I DO NOT WANT ALL WHITE. I do not want a funeral centerpiece. This is Christmas and birthday gift. I wanted something with red roses with color, pinecones, and earthy with greenery. I got a solid white funeral arrangement and I hated it. It was supposed to be delivered same day but was not delivered until two days later. The van broke down. I understand small business problems but not the all white arrangement. They did refund me $30 after several emails but I am embarrassed at the arrangement.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery. Received a call shortly after placing order and paying $80 for a bouquet, that they would not be able to deliver same day due to not having fresh flowers. I was assured that the flowers would deliver first thing the next day. I checked on status at 2pm, and was told that they had not received an update from the delivery driver and were trying to reach them. 4pm, again, they assured me they were out for delivery and waiting for an update from driver. 5pm, all of a sudden they were having unexpected issues from their supplier. So, these were never out for delivery, got the run around all day when i could have ordered from someone else. I was also told my card was not charged, which was untrue because the transaction went through yesterday and they have now told me to dispute with my bank. very displeased with the entire event, Patrica's Petals is nothing short of a scam. Do not use this company.

I always read reviews first but was in a hurry. I'm kicking myself!!!! They took payment but didn't deliver flowers. My poor 85 year old Aunt was waiting for them as I double checked her address since Patricia Petals told me nobody lived at that address - it's a Senior Living Facility. I'm filing this late because I just received my Cash App statement to be sure I had all info. How is the best way to get my money back?
