DONT DO IT! I wish I would read all of these reviews. They are a HUGE scam. I got the same story as I got a phone call from outside of the state we live in and they advised me that they flowers were not going to be arriving in time and they needed to deliver the following day. Which was a Saturday. Still no confirmation email and they person to receive did NOT receive. THIS IS A SCAM.

January 11,2023 ordered 3 days in advance for a birthday party. Called at 4:00 day supposed to be delivered and could not advise me where or when delivery would be. Called and emailed till 7pm that evening and still no answer. Called next morning as the delivery for party did not arrive. All they could say was their computers were down and would get back to me when order would be delivered. STOP I do not want it now as the party is over and I gave you there days advance notice to get this order. Their emails continue to say we are checking delivery. Do not use this florist as they as the worst in customer support. Ive contacted my credit card to stop this transaction.

Unbelievable I wish I would have read the reviews also. I promise to bash Patricas flowers everywhere I can. I placed a order weeks before a funeral for a spray and was informed at the time of the ceremony that they couldn't deliver my order because they didn't have any product and they couldn't substitute anything. A florist business revolves around one thing delivering flowers at a prescribed time. Didn't even apologize and also stated it would be days before my almost $300 order will be refunded.

Despicable rip-off crooks; order flowers and get leaves. How can people be so rotten?

Absolutely horrible place. Do not buy flowers from here. Complete false advertisement and the customer service is a joke. What I ordered looked nothing like what was brought to the funeral home. When I called to let them know they asked me for a picture!!! What in the world?!?!? Like I’m going to whip my phone out during a funeral to take pictures of flowers. So disgusting to even ask. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. IT IS A SCAM!!!! No refund and apparently all of the “supervisors” are always busy and can never speak to you.

Oh my, how I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered flowers. It was awful. They were prompt in replies and offered a $20 refund for a $76.99 (+ service charge) for an arrangement that showed to have at least 4 roses, (front side of a table arrangement) and 4 lilies. Arrangement sent had two roses and 3 lilies and was very small and such a disappointment.

I have few other words than what everyone else has said. My situation was the same. Order a beautiful premium arrangement for my 83 year old mother recovering from surgery. They sent a wilted bouquet of a few pathetic flowers and so much greenery you had to hunt for the blooms. Asked them to fix it, and they wouldn't, hiding behind a generic "substitution policy". Patrica's Petals is a despicable company.

I order an expensive funeral arrangement from Patricia's Petals on Wednesday for delivery to the funeral home before the first viewing at 6 on Thursday. I was disappointed that there was no arrangement at 6. The staff told me that the arrangement was delivered at 4, and continued to repeat that misinformation through the next morning when the funeral director said one was delivered. We argued this was NOT satisfactory since hundreds of friends had attended the Thursday viewing and the "manager" offered us a full refund. When we arrived at the viewing at 2 on Friday there was NO ARRANGEMENT! The funeral home director said the florist returned and removed the arrangement saying that the order was cancelled, NO FLOWERS to express our sorrow regarding the death of a lifetime friend. We are working with the credit card company to get our money back. Note many others have had a similarly negative experience.
