DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER! I would give them a ZERO- if I could as they did not deliver the flowers, lied about why the flowers didn't appear at a funeral, and then hung up on me when I called to find out what happened (they had put me on hold to check with the "local driver"). I had originally asked if they were local, (it looked like it online), and they breezed over that question with other comments.

I too thought this was a local florist. I started reading these reviews after I had placed an order, so I called and emailed to cancel. I will wait and see if I ever get a refund. I give 3-stars because the customer service when I called to cancel was polite.

I ordered a premium bouquet and paid over $100 for if but could have gotten a prettier ones of the flower rack at Walmart.

Horrible customer service! Placed an order for premium flower arrangement with chocolates and a gift card for delivery . $120 My order goes through and then an hour later I get a call saying due to supply chain issues they have to cancel my order. I am furious. I call back and then she says they ran out of flowers ! On Jan. 19? It's not a holiday or busy time of year. The order shouldn't have been processed. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund! Don't order from this company! They don't have inventory available like their site states they do

ordered a premium bouquet with a small teddy bear, this was also confirmed by one of their reps. Saw what was delivered, and for almost $100.00, I will not be using this company again. Also no teddy bear and when I inquired was told it wasn't added to the irder even though it was confirmed by their rrep , For the money and in seeing the "premium bouquet", lets just say say never again...rip off is more like it, my recommendation is buy from somewhere else. Also this is not a local company on your area like they advertise.

Unfortunately I wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered from this business. I ordered flowers on Friday for delivery on Saturday for a memorial service of a good friend. I received an email 2 hours before the memorial service was to start that said they weren't going to be able to fulfill my order as there was supply chain issues. They didn't know that on Friday so I could've ordered from somebody else?! Awful Don't waste your time.

BEWARE! Patricia's Petals is a scam florist pretending to be family owned and local to whatever area you want to order. In reality, they are an online only SCAM retailer. I placed my order with them a week before my grandmother's funeral only to have them cancel my order the day before due to "supply chain" problems. I called another florist who was actual local to the area and they informed me that Patricia's Petals is a scam company. They knew my whole order because PP had called to ask them to make it and they refused for the price PP was offering to pay them. DO NOT USE PATRICIA'S PETALS!!

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a scam! beware of ordering from here. The same experience as many others. I ordered a $200 arrangement for a funeral and they texted me the night before that the flowers are on back order. When I called to see if they can do ANY flowers for the 1 day of the funeral home they said there system was having technical difficulties. When I asked for a refund they put me on hold for 10 minutes and said someone would call me back and they never did! Super suspicious there is not yelp page, Google page etc. read all of the one star reviews on the Better Business bureaus website. Same exact experience!
