High end amazing products, let down by seriously bad service. I placed a large order 15 days ago which still hasn’t dispatched. I’ve emailed many times, started a PayPal dispute and messaged via social media to no avail. I’ve requested the cancellation of my order (it won’t be here for Christmas in time now) and all communications are ignored. The PayPal dispute has been answered with its been referred to the relevant department....and that it! Soooooo bad at customer care. They continue to heavily advertise promo’s and sales but can’t honour the purchases in a reasonable time and ignore you once they have your money. I’m a pro makeup artist and know the products are fantastic quality but I’ll never order from them again.

In their website it says that processing time is 24-48 hours and international shipping 4-7 business days. I've been waiting for 17 business days and order has not arrived. I had to contact customer service to get my tracking number and It's been week since tracking was updated last time. I've reached their customer service again and it is not helpful at all. Also, it was not shipped via DHL like they say on the website, but with RR Donnelley, which has so bad reviews online. Update: Order arrived after 5 weeks. The product is good.

7 days and my product did not ship yet. Sent two emails but no response after 48 hours. Requested a refund - I doubt I'll see the product or a refund based on other reviews here. Wish I'd read them first.

Really wish I had looked at trust pilot reviews prior to placing an order. This is the first time I have ordered from this company and it will definitely be the last. I had recently heard people raving about these products and as it's supposed to be a big company didn't think there would be a risk of not receiving my order. After placing my order an email states 4 business days for delivery - great, no problem. But over a month later still no products. Several emails sent absolutely no response what so ever. How can they just ignore customers????? I just want my money back this is poor poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot believe the awful customer service. This is supposed to be a high end brand? The products might be good, but I wouldn’t know, as they haven’t even been shipped yet.

Very disappointing service for a high-end brand. I made the mistake of ordering Christmas presents during the Cyber sale (6th Dec). On checkout the delivery commitment was "Up to 4 business day(s)" (LOL). It has been a week and the order has not been shipped yet. Customer support cannot even give an estimate on whether it will be here for Christmas and blaming Covid. "We are currently experiencing some delays with the fulfilment of your order.". The website has not been updated to remove the misleading 4 day delivery promise. Eeek. AliExpress has MUCH better customer service and delivery standards.

This review is based on my first (and only) time purchasing from their official website. I bought one of the lipsticks. After a few days they decided to cancel my order saying that the item was out of stock. I went on to check and it was still in stock. Over a week later and it's STILL in stock. My friend purchased the same item shortly after me along with an eyeshadow palette and everything went smooth sailing with that transaction. I guess my order wasn't as important as those who spent more money than I did. I have in fact spent hundreds on Pat McGrath makeup (via different stores) but I won't be buying anything else from them. I enjoy the colour stories on their eyeshadow palettes but really, you can get better quality from other brands - with better customer service and quicker shipping.

I wish I had seen all the negative customer reviews before ordering anything. I ordered two lipsticks and after a huge delay and several emails only received one, and they overcharged me for it! The last shipping email said the entire order went through and that clearly wasn't the case. This is my first time ordering from this company and it's shocking how awful the customer service is for a high-end brand. The fact that they don't even have a CS hotline is ridiculous. At this point I just hope to get the other lipstick before Christmas, at the correct price! I will never order from them again, and would advise anyone else not to.
