AVOID THEIR WEBSITE. I ordered mid December as a present for myself to come for Christmas but didn’t realise it was coming from the States. My fault I guess but eagerly awaited the order anyway. When it arrived, one item was missing from the order. I emailed immediately and received an auto response that it can take 3 days for a reply. 9 days later I have had no response. I have opened a PayPal case for a refund for the missing item and hope I receive the money. Their lack of customer service and STEALING customers money is a disgrace. Customers should be given a refund automatically and a good will gesture should be in place. Instead customers have to fight to get a refund for a product they didn’t even receive!

Seguo Pat McGrath da tempo e finalmente 6 gg fa, ho fatto il mio primo ordine I soldi sono stati prelevati dopo 24h dal mio conto, della merce nessuna notizia. Ho scritto sui social , in pvt e all'assistenza ,zero risposte!! Delusione totale !!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Wow, I am really shocked to read the reviews below, should I have seen these I most probably wouldn’t have ordered however, I am actually glad I didn’t as I can’t fault my order. I ordered 1st January it was shipped the same day and I have received the 5 lipsticks I ordered today 8th January packaged perfectly and just as expected the lipsticks are unreal. I did not have to pay custom charges and £60 for 5 of these lipsticks is such a bargain considering they are £35 each at selfridges. These will keep me going for a long while however, I will definitely order again in the future!

I placed my order before reading these reviews. If I had read these reviews I wouldn't have placed an order. Order placed 1st Jan (bank holiday) and during a UK lockdown because of the pandemic, so I wasn't really surprised to not hear anything for a few days. I had an email from DHL regarding shipment my order on the 6th, nothing from Pat Mcgrath site directly. Order arrived safely on the 8th but also had to pay DHL customs charges of a third of the price of my order (which I wasn't expecting - although I should have expected it as it was coming from the USA). That added to the expense of the order although having checked Selfridges (who are the only stockists that I know of) all the items I ordered were not available nor were they any cheaper - even with the customs charge. No doubt it was a more expensive purchase of makeup than I have bought in the past, I guess whether I would order again will depend upon whether I feel going forward my purchase represents value for money. I am currently on the fence having not really tried them yet but relieved to have received my order (correctly) or at all and in a fairly timely manner given the reviews on here. I would agree that communication could be improved.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering here. I placed several orders on 30 November, none of them arrived. These were Christmas gifts so even when they will arrive after months the products are useless to me. Customer service does not respond. I payed with Pay Pal, they have buyer protection, I contacted them. Hope they can help me get my money back. I also think this website has to be reported somewhere (just don't know where), to protect future customers from this horrible experience. It goes without saying that I will NEVER buy from her website again.

the products maybe excellent...but the customer service definitely doesnt stand up for the high-end vision of the brand. i have waited over 1 month to receive my product. how can it be real? when they finally attended my order, which took around 10 days, they dispatched it with some strange way that it took longer to arrive than a postal package from China. unbelievble. apart from the 0 attention on my emails and numerous approaches to contact them. i am absolutely dissappointed and i do not recommend to buy directly from the brand page
