Great selection, quality and turn time.

I am a big fan of this place. We had rats (disgusting, I know) eat through 3 cushions on our beautiful patio lounge set last winter. We thought there was no way we would be able to get new cushions to match what we had. This place custom made the cushions exactly how I measured them and the Sunbrella fabric was a PERFECT match to our existing 3 year old cushions. I think that is also a testament to the quality of Sunbrella fabric holding up and not fading as well. The order took much longer than we had hoped but I believe when they say it was supply issues toward the end of the pandemic. They kept in touch with us the whole time. Highly recommend!!!

I love my new cushions! They’re perfect. The only downside was that they took a bit longer than anticipated. But all’s well that ends well. Thank you and happy summer!

I am MORE than happy with the cushions from Patio HQ. They exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The quality of the fabric is wonderful (Sunbrella) , the way they were packaged and labeled for easy identification, the firmness of the cushions. I could not be more thrilled to be honest. I was a bit scared of what I would be getting, but would do this all over again.

Very pleased with the large replacement cushions that I received yesterday. I give PatioHQ 5 stars for product and email responsiveness. While I am understanding to working with a 3rd party shipper, I would share that the 3rdP never contacted, nor attempted to contact me (as described), but my product was left in the driveway under my garage overhang - so the delivery of the huge box was placed well. Thankfully the large cushions were wrapped in plastic inside of the box to prevent water damage. All around, happy customer and I recommend PatioHQ! (Ordered on 5/13 and delivered on 6/15 - I think this is a reasonable turnaround time.)
