PatioHQReviews of patiohq.com

LOVE this sofa! It is beautiful. The mahogany arms go perfectly with our walnut-colored TimberTech deck. The Cast Slate sun tells cushions are beautiful too. The cushions are thick and comfortable, the size is comfortable for someone large and small. The base makes it even more comfortable—has a mesh-type base that adds to the comfort. Seat height is comfortable too. Was easy to assemble. Delivery was easy and on-time. I’m ordering a second one!

Great customer service and prompt delivery.

Love Patio HQ. I had a 12 year old patio set and they were able to locate a new sofa piece because I was changing the configuration amd needed a "corner". I was able to provide the name of the set that I had and the exact sunbrella cushion color amd they found the perfect piece and cushion color match. Jeff at Patio HQ is awesome! I would highly recommemd them.

unfortunately the first cushion i received was the wrong size. but the customer service to resolve that has been terrific. i am waiting on the replacement but so far so good.

Awesome product with great communications!!

What a great business! First of all they are very attentive to customers and want to help you solve your issue. The owner reached out himself to address my concerns about purchasing and knew exactly what I needed. I ordered 8 cushions and they arrived within a week and fit perfectly! I would order from them any time.

I worked with the technician via email to get the exact size, trim and color that I wanted and I’m very pleased with the results. The cushion are perfect. Would recommend PatioHQ to my friends.

I have a vintage lounge set that isn’t standard, so I’ve been looking for custom cushions for years. I was intimidated with measuring and picking out fabric so I kept putting it off. PatioHQ made the process very easy with a quick turn around and they fit beautifully. They are well made and elevate my set. It looks better than it did when it was brand new. I am looking forward to using this set again for many more years.
