PatioHQReviews of patiohq.com

Replaced seat and back cushions for outdoor couch and 2 chairs. Site was easy and helpful to choose fabric type, colors and styles. Found the total cost to be less expensive than other companies. My order was delivered within the time frame and manner that was communicated to me in the confirmation process. The end product exceeded my expectations. Really happy with the quality, feel and overall look of the cushions. Have and will continue to recommend.

Short turnaround time Efficient people

We ordered replacement cushions for a 14 year old patio sectional. We sent photos of our set to get advice as to what to order, and Jeff was able to immediately identify the manufacturer. As a result, he said we could order standard, rather than custom, cushions, provided us with ordering links, and even let us know about an upcoming sale. Jeff was completely responsive and patient with our questions. Ordering was easy and the cushions arrived (on a pallet - there were a lot!) in less than two weeks. The workmanship is great and these Sunbrella cushions will last a long time. Each set arrived sealed in a plastic bag and were clearly labeled. Honestly, we couldn't be more happy with PatioHQ and have already told our inquiring neighbors. Thanks so much - we love the cushions.

I ordered from Patio HQ previously and I was well pleased with the customer service and product. Needed replacement cushions and the process once again, was simple, customer friendly and I received my products expediently. Will definitely use them again.

Needed cushions for an old Italian rattan sofa in summer house with many dogs. Outdoor product seemed appropriately rugged and cleanable. Jeff at PatioHQ took order and followed up quickly with a couple of requests for clarification. The cushions are exactly as intended. Turnaround was quick and cost very reasonable.

I’m very pleased with the replacement cushions that I ordered! Thank you for answering my questions and the prompt delivery.

Patio HQ was great to deal with. It was great to have the fabric samples. Measurement were spot on and delivery was quick. The seat cushions are good quality, the support is awesome. The back cushions are very comfortable to rest back on. I will use them again in the future.

Your staff was great - Thanks Jeff! And the cushions for our wrap-around window seat came out beautifully. Again, thanks for the attention to detail.
