Finally received my shipment. The delivery company was using an 18 wheeler for delivery, much too large for my long narrow driveway. I met the driver at my gate and we transferred the pallet to my truck. The driver was very accommodating and helpful. Nice fellow. We unloaded the pallet and found everything in order.

Jeff made my husband and me custom cushions for a unique 1960's Bamboo patio set. He was patient and worked with us for a while until we had the correct cushion measurements, style and foam thickness. The sofa and swivel chair look great and are very comfortable. We are really pleased with the quality of the cushions and the craftsmanship.

I liked being able to pick my cushions out, however, I had to return 5 of the cushions due to being round rather than square. I reordered 2 out of the 5 to make sure they fit as I had to pay the return shipping which I felt was wrong inasmuch as I was reordering cushions to replace the ones I returned. I paid half of what I originally paid for the cushions in return shipping to send them back. That is a bummer.

Hi Diane, thank you for the review and sorry that you didn't have the experience that you expected. We strive to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied. However, there are multiple images on the website for that product which clearly shows that there's a curve in the back and our return policy (which is on our website) is that if it's not our mistake which this wasn't that the customer pays for the return shipping. We cannot control what that cost is to ship back. I would complain to FedEx or UPS about the cost. I see that you ordered a different cushion to get what you want and we waived our restocking fee to help. Thank you, PatioHQ

Measuring with their web site was easy. Ordering was easy. Helpful staff on questions pre-order. Cushions for sectional arrived 14 days after order during December! Great job on the product we ordered.

Sue
I really love the furniture I have purchased from PatioHQ. The teak wood is beautiful and the cushions are a beautiful color and very comfortable and durable. After my purchase I also decided to get the furniture covers to protect the set I bought. I was able to use the chat feature and the representative was SO HELPFUL in finding the right size for me. I got what I needed ordered within a very short time and within one week, they are now covering my furniture during this rainy season. GREAT WORK!
