Great quality tshirt… got many compliments. In fact my co worker ordered one after seeing mine

I pre-ordered the Llama Purse over a year ago. Delayed, delayed, delayed. Contacted customer service, got a gift card for my wait in May, never heard anything else about my order. I decided to try ordering a new purse with the gift card in August. I received a Llama Purse the next month. If they were in stock or available, why have I still not received my original purse? Seems like many others also haven't received their purses, judging by reviews on the Better Business Bureau website.

The bag I ordered is exquisite! Fantastic quality and size. Love the design! The only downside to the whole experience was the shipping. The bag didn’t ship until almost a month after I ordered it. I don’t mind waiting for something to ship, but it would have been nice to have received an email letting me know to expect the delay. Overall, highly recommend Park Candy products!

Customer service is incredible!! I had trouble applying my promo, and received immediate assistance via IG messaging. My phone case is perfect!! The design is so colorful and perfect for the tiki room.

15 months AND one replacement bag later I can finally say this llama bag is so cute! My experience with the company was not. I'm giving 3 stars for the prior crappy customer service I was given when originally asking for a refund/cancelation last year in 2023. Contacting them recently about the damaged bag I received went much smoother. I received the replacement in a week! So fast! Very unexpected honestly. ..if they could have gotten me my original order in a timely manner and sent me a better product to start, this rating would be higher...much higher because it's a cute ass bag. But from my experience their customer service leaves much to be desired. 🥺

The bag is attractive and can carry a lot whether it’s for daily life or an adventure out at an amusement park.
