If it was over a year before I got my package I’m glad I received it but very poor delay

Great shirts! The fit was amazing, the quality was outstanding, and the designs were unique and fun. The only reason this is not five-stars was the time it took to receive the order (although I understand the focus on quality control). I would buy again (but be patient!)

The products are wonderful! Great quality and beautiful. So cute and I can’t wait to gift them. The reason I am giving it four stars is because shipping took forever. I preordered three bottle openers in February and was told they would ship in July. I only just received them in December.

The bag I ordered is exquisite! Fantastic quality and size. Love the design! The only downside to the whole experience was the shipping. The bag didn’t ship until almost a month after I ordered it. I don’t mind waiting for something to ship, but it would have been nice to have received an email letting me know to expect the delay. Overall, highly recommend Park Candy products!

This was a Rollercoaster experience, these bags are so cute, I love everything about them, the year long delay was excruciating, but the owners were good about the delay updates, toward last few weeks there were some waiting times that seemed to last forever however the owners apologized about the delays. I understand small business so I'm glad that I finally received my bags. Honestly if it weren't for the delays I'd give them 5 stars.

I got the Master Gracey's Mailbox purse. The bag itself is gorgeous and high-quality and I love it. However, I ordered the bag in April 2023 for an expected June 2023 arrival, and did not receive the bag until May 2024. ParkCandy was very transparent about their issues, but this was very frustrating.

The llama bag is beautiful. No complaints aboit the product its well made and as advertised. Only complaint was that it took longer to ship then expected. Customer service was always friendly and helpful when I checked up on it.
