I ordered the Master Gracey bag in August 23’ it’s now March 24’ and have not received my item. When I have contacted them via email I get told there was a “delay in manufacturing” and they give me a timeline for a month from whatever month it is that I emailed them. I have never received an update on my order from the company at any time while waiting for my order nor any option to be refunded for my order that has now been “delayed” six months now

I ordered the llama bag in April of '23 and still have not received it. They also have not answered my last inquiry asking for an update on when I can expect the bag. Contacting through the website gets no response, nor does e-mailing. An auto response states they are "only two people." The website just continues to state it is "in transit to warehouse."

Ordered a Llama potion bottle bag last year in March for preorder, now going onto October 2023 and no bag in site. They said they JUST got the shipment and are doing the ones from Jan - March (?). Been waiting so long, I would prob feel scammed even if I do get the bag at this point.
