Aloha,
I met and purchase mai tai glasses from you all at Tiki A GoGo and paid quite a bit more there than they are on your website. We vend and when you are doing in person sales you lower our price as we don't have to pay extra fees on whichever platform you use. This is very disappointing. In the future, I will look on someone website before purchasing. Just a little insight. Be Well, Julie

There is such a thing as getting too…
There is such a thing as getting too big and too greedy and Park Candy has hit that wall. I ordered a shirt for my husband for Christmas it's March and he just got it yesterday. No update email no “Hey things are not going as planned” that would have changed my entire attitude about this store. I own a small business that does pre-orders as well, COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!! Send updates don't be lazy and expect people to check your website for your BS chart constantly. It's obvious these Disney adults found a niche to make money and fund their trips to Disney to do more photoshoots but I won't be ordering from them again. I’m over Disney and I'm over people like this.

Hi SJ,
We truly appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating it is to wait for an order, especially during the holidays. We completely agree—communication is key, and we’re continuously working to improve our processes to keep customers better informed.
To clarify, we’re still a small business navigating a growth phase, not a large corporation that’s “too big or greedy.” Every sale helps us reinvest in better systems, customer service, and yes—photoshoots, which are a crucial part of marketing, allowing us to continue creating and shipping products that our customers love.
That said, we hear you loud and clear on the need for better update emails and will continue making improvements. We sincerely appreciate your support and wish you the best with your own small business. If there’s anything we can do to make this right, feel free to reach out at [email protected].
Best,
The Park Candy Team

Good Shirt, Bad Customer Service
First off, I like the shirt. The fit is perfect and the shirt has a quality feel.
My customer experience was less than desirable. I place my order on Feb. 9. By Feb. 26 I've heard nothing on my order, so I enquire about it. When contacting to Park Candy you talk to the AI. If there's a way to talk to a human, I didn't find it. The AI tells me they are backed up but my shirt should ship by the end of the month. Around March 5 I reach out again, once again to the AI. This time the AI cannot find my order and tells me a representative will contact me. I leave my cell number for that. I gave it 48 hours and nothing. I then contacted PayPal about this order. It wasn't until I got them involved that my order finally shipped, over a month after I placed it.
Like I said at the top I do like my shirt, but based on my experience I will think twice before buying from Park Candy again.

Hi David,
We’re so glad you love the shirt and that the fit and quality met your expectations! That means a lot to us.
We truly apologize for the frustrating experience with your order. We understand how important clear communication is, and we’ve since improved our support system so that inquiries are escalated to a real person when needed. At the time, your order was already in the fulfillment process, but we completely understand why the delay and lack of direct updates caused concern.
We appreciate your feedback and are actively working to ensure a smoother experience for our customers in the future. If you ever decide to shop with us again, we’d love the opportunity to provide a better experience. Please don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected] if there’s anything else we can do for you!

Took 6 months to arrive
I've bought from Park Candy before, and the experience has always been great. Items arrived pretty quickly, there great quality, no complaints. But then, in September 2024 I preordered the sunset 1982 button up. I get that I pre-ordered it and it was going to take a while, but the shirts weren't in stock till January 2025, and what's worse is that two months later in March I still had received a shipping update. I've worked customer service so I know what it's like to be on the receiving end of an angry customer. But, but this point I had reached out 3 times asking for updates, so I just gave up and demanded I get a refund. Within 48 hours I got a tracking number... I love Park Candy's products, but I'm going to be a lot more hesitant purchasing from them next time, and I'm DEFINETLY going to avoid pre-ordering anything.

Why all the lies on the delivery timeline?
EDIT: Have received a response from the company saying they were transparent about all the delays. I literally have all the emails, folks, “next month” four times is not transparency. You know if something is not delivering “next month” unless your production facility was passing you the same lie (in which case, why not throw them under the bus instead of passing the lie to me?) Take accountability, please.
…………….
Getting this off the bat, the product (their bottle opener collection) is great. 5 stars on the quality. Beautifully designed and executed, very clever, great gift. But when I ordered in November 2023, they told me it was a pre-order to deliver in February 2024. Fine, but then Feb came and went, I checked in in April, they told me it'd deliver next month. May came and went, I checked in in July, they told me next month. Checked in again, they told me next month. I checked in 4 different times and they always offered to refund my purchase, but why the lies of when it would be done? Why did it take a full year to produce a bottle opener? Needed way more transparency here. It ended up delivering early December 2024 as a very, very, VERY late birthday gift for my Brother In Law. I may have asked for the refund many months ago if they hadn't kept stringing me along with the lies of when it would be done.

Hi Donnelle,
Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience with us. We’re so glad to hear you loved the bottle opener collection—it means a lot to us that you appreciate the quality and design!
We’re truly sorry for the delays and any frustration caused by the timeline changes. As a small business, we sometimes face challenges with our manufacturing partners, and our customer service team does their best to provide the most up-to-date information available to them at the time.
EDIT: Regarding your edited response, we understand how frustrating it is to receive changing timelines, and we apologize that this led to a lack of clarity. Our customer service team was providing the information available to them as they worked to stay transparent with customers. We take full accountability for how these updates were communicated and are working to improve both the accuracy of updates and how we convey them to our customers.
We understand how disappointing it is when an item takes longer than expected, especially when it’s a gift. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll continue to work hard to improve our processes and communication moving forward. If there’s anything else we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out at [email protected].
Thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business—we truly appreciate it!

Received 10 months late
Took nearly 10 months to receive my item. Ordered in February as part of a March pre-order. Received in December. Not trusting to order from this brand again, unfortunately. Great quality items, but poor responses and LONG waits.

Still Haven't Received Original Order
I pre-ordered the Llama Purse over a year ago. Delayed, delayed, delayed. Contacted customer service, got a gift card for my wait in May, never heard anything else about my order. I decided to try ordering a new purse with the gift card in August. I received a Llama Purse the next month. If they were in stock or available, why have I still not received my original purse? Seems like many others also haven't received their purses, judging by reviews on the Better Business Bureau website.

Lack of communication about the…
Lack of communication about the pre-order ETA was frustrating. I understand things happen with the warehouse but there should have been pro-active communication especially once the item went live and we were two months after the promised time of the pre-order with no word of update. I love to support a small business but this makes me hesitate to order again. Hopefully things have improved.
