Panama Hats DirectReviews of panamahatsdirect.com

Fortunately, I came upon the Panama Hats Direct website when shopping for a panama hat. The site was very intuitive and provided a plethora of information about panama hats, as well as the selection process for ordering a hat from Equador. I ordered my hat and received it within a reasonable time frame. Moreover, I was updated throughout the process on the creation and delivery of my hat. I am delighted with the quality of my Montecristi classic fino fedora panama hat. I highly recommend Panama Hats Direct.

My customer service experience with Panama Hats Direct has been absolutely first-rate. William Ramirez assisted me every step of the way throughout the entire process from ordering to delivery, often following up several times daily via email, and he worked tirelessly to fulfill my needs for a rush order that, despite the often frustrating and confusing information we were provided by FedEx, still managed to arrive in time before my family’s summer vacation departure. As for the hat itself, the Montecristi Fino Fino Havana model I ordered and received is a true work of art that fits perfectly and, at least according to my wife, is a “dashing” accoutrement that I’ll enjoy for many years to come. The weave of the straw is so well-crafted that it truly appears to be almost linen-like upon first glance; the quality of the leather sweatband and hatband is impeccable; and the lining fabric is equally rich and of a grade found only in the finest of haberdashery establishments If you are seeking to purchase a genuine well-crafted Montecristi “Panama” hat that is actually hand-made in Ecuador and sold by a local company based there with customer service par excellence at a very reasonable price point, then PANAMA HATS DIRECT is the only place to shop!

I chose a hat from the sale range. I knew which size, style and weave quality I wanted. I had a requirement regarding the profile of hat too. After placing my order I emailed about that. The response was prompt and positive. I was impressed with the customer service and email communications, including photos of my hat at each stage. I was prepared for the long wait for delivery from Ecuador. Now the hat has arrived, my expectations of the quality of finish are exceeded. The fit is comfortable.

I received my Montecristi Ultra Fino Panama Classic Fedora last week and it is top notch quality! Manager, William Ramirez was a pleasure to work with. He kept me updated on the status of my hat from the day the order was placed until it arrived in my hands. I would highly recommend Panama Hats Direct to anyone who wants to purchase an excellent, finely crafted Panama Hat. – Ron P

I don't believe this company exists. I tried to order two hats on two different working credit card and was declined 3 times. I emailed and called their number and have not heard a word back. I got an email stated I am on the hat give a way contest but can't buy any.

Okay, hat finally arrived. Quality is as advertised; really fine weave. Customer help was 1st rate; responded quickly and answered all questions in a extremely timely manner. The only thing that was a little off putting was the shipping. Maybe my expectations were too high. Took 18 days to get the hat from Ecuador to Florida; then another 10 days to get to me. All in all, from time of order until in my hands 38 days. If you can put up with the slow shipping, this is the place to order your hat!

Today I received my new Montecisti Fino Havana Panama Hat, without doubt it was a pleasure dealing with Panama Hats Direct, from my first contact with them before I placed my order until it arrived. Lots of up-dates including photos of my hat being designed etc, William emailed me every step of the way. This hat fits perfectly and the workmanship is fantastic. Postage time from Ecuador to Belfast in Northern Ireland was around 26 days but well worth the wait. When ordering, remember about import charges, in my case it was an additional £18.95. I would really recommend using Panama Hats Direct to everyone wishing to purchase a hand made Panama Hat. Now that I have seen the quality I'm sure I'll be placing another order again.

I made a hell of a mistake in my anger. It was not Panama Hats Direct I had trouble with , it was Panama Hat Mall. Please accept my apologizes as I wanted to warn folks of the BAD service of Panama Hat Mall not Panama Hats Direct. The next hat I purchase will be from Hats Direct
