Excellent hat, reasonable price, great weave, perfect block, swift delivery, and professional customer service: what’s not to like? William is a perfectly patient customer service representative; the ability to chat live with a human being adds so much to the experience. Well done. I’ve posted photos in Fedora Lounge with y highest compliments.

The hat is perfect. Fit's fine, the horsehair band looks good, and the sweatband is a nice touch. It was finished well, with a nice weave, all very professional.

Panama hats Direct is a fine company. I have 3 of their hats with one on the way. Casey and William are great people. Very nice and helpful. The quality of the hats are incredible.

I haven't even received my hat yet and William has given me excellent customer service. He should get a gold star for putting up with my changes in mid-order and questions I should have already asked.

After ordering the incorrect size hat they (Mr. William Ramirez (manager)) happily exchanged it for one of the correct size. I was fairly treated and as it was my mistake I paid all shipping cost. I happily recommend Panama Hats Direct to anyone seeking an extremely well made straw hat. The one I have is of the second highest quality with the most incredibly tight weave. As finances allow I will get the #1 highest quality they make and be happy to pay the price. This is the second hat I have purchased from them.

This is my second hat from Panama Hats Direct and like my first one which was a Montechristi hat this one is my every day hat and I feel that this hat was custom tailored to my head. You owe it to yourself to consider their hats. I assure you William, manager and his team will not let you down.
