I don't believe this company exists
I don't believe this company exists. I tried to order two hats on two different working credit card and was declined 3 times. I emailed and called their number and have not heard a word back. I got an email stated I am on the hat give a way contest but can't buy any.

I still have not received my …
I still have not received my replacement hat. I ordered it in Oct. last year. They sent it to my former address. It has been forwarded to our new address which we will not see until October

Worst value ever
Worst value ever. It started falling apart immediately. It cost me 135. I bought one in Ecuador a couple years later for 18.00. It's still in pretty good shape.

I purchased a sub fina havana that I was thrilled with. Several months later I ordered the next level at a price of $180 plus 2 extra hat bands + $26 shipping. This hat was misshaped and very different from the first hat. And the hat bands did not fit. I called and talked with Casey several times. He said the hat bat bands were fine just needed to find someone who new how to put them on. Told me how to steam and reshape the hat. Then he offered me $25 off the Super Fina for my trouble. I kept the miss-shaped hat and received the new hat. Again, nothing like either of the first two. have spent over $550 and I still only have one hat received as ordered. Casey will return your call but if the order is not right you'll pay shipping, $52 both ways on top of what you have all ready paid for shipping, His average with me is 1 out of 3 or 33%. I won't use them again.

If we messed it up we will cover shipping cost both ways. If you simply don't like a product you can return it: yes you will pay shipping that is a stated policy on the site! We do our very best to make every customer a happy customer, If we did Not try to help you, or provide customer service, that would qualify as a 1 star. when you hung up the phone with me you were happy with the agreement we can to so i don't understand your ratting at all?? not only that we are still here to work with you no matter that this order is from 2 years ago. call me i will make you a happy customer! Horrible experience
Horrible experience, hat came shipped in a ripped and torn box and completely crumpled and the wrong size, had to return it, came back in better condition but still the wrong size. paid a fortune for a hat I don't wear.

We really try our best to make things right for every customer, as you say we did send a second hat to you. we are trying.... and that is not the end of our service if it still is not right then we ask that you let us fix it for you. Sizing is a bit difficult on occasion especially if the proper steps were not taken to get the right size but if for any reason we messed it up then i will pay all your mailing expenses and refund you if you so desire.
