PaintVibe.com - Paint By NumbersReviews of paintbynumbers.shop

I have ordered from this company many times and have always enjoyed their products. I greatly enjoy the paint by numbers for their great quality but ease to do. I did have one experience of getting the wrong painting but they were very quick to fix this problem and the customer service was great. I would highly recommend this product.

My mom has painted many pictures from this company and they all came out gorgeous!!! Thank you.

Ordered Christmas present on 30th November and still not arrived!! Customer service say it’s on its way but won’t give an exact date. Will now have to get a replacement gift for the person and request a refund!

Det er det rene fup !!! Har aldrig modtaget varen eller fået mine penge igen :/ Og deres kundeservice virker ikke.. Brug ikke denne hjemmeside ! Hvis man kunne give 0 stjerner ville jeg give det !!

The paintings are great and it’s an amazing way to relax and the costumers service are helpful and kind! A good company that delivers that they promise 👍

Great customer service, the end product matches the picture on the computer and the quality is lovely! So much better than other companies I’ve tried

Original (10/31) Review: I placed an order on 8/28. I still have not received anything as of 10/31.. Asked what was going on 9/11. Heard back the following day that they are waiting for stock, will take 3-4 weeks (10/9). I checked back again 10/23 to ask what is going on. The following day I was told via email "stock has arrived, we are now sending out! Here is your tracking number:" Exactly one week has passed since then. Nothing has arrived. When I use the tracking number on their site I get "Tracking Not Found." I am starting to wonder if this is a scam rather than just poor logistics and communication on shipping & lead times. Without a phone number to call someone, and the support emails that are written by someone that spells & punctuates like they are working in a troll farm... Updated 11/19: The painting kits did arrive on 11/14. The products look good, and late is better than never I guess. The shipping/stocking delays and lack of any updates (until after repeated inquiries) had me concerned that I had been ripped off. I can understand delays due to stock, but I expect more in terms of communication in cases like this.

So paint by number really do have great options so many wonderful designs. Quality of a framed piece, brushes and paints are exceptional and clearly labelled. I frequently recommend them to fellow PBS’s hobbyists on FB & Instagram. . There was one occasion that I was disappointed. Ordered and received a much anticipated paint by numbers kit. When I opened the package the canvas was torn and the frame broken. I believe this to be the couriers responsibility. Simce only one damaged delivery it was replaced asap and this time well bubble wrapped. Customer service did take a few days to make contact - I understand now we are in different countries so. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and enjoy ordering with this PBN’s company.
