I ordered and they charged me for it. I kept checking the tracking and on the day it was supposed to be there said could not deliver I've been trying to get a hold of them I've emailed them several times through the website through the confirmation through the email I even tried to contact them on Instagram and no one has gotten back to me It has been a month I don't have my kit and they took the money I am very unsatisfied I am very unsatisfied

So far so good ... Received my parcel in record time, living on the other side of the world I honestly thought it would take weeks to receive ( 7 business days to my door) Packaged perfectly, completely undamaged considering the distance it had to come. My daughter will be so so excited on her 21st to receive this.( the Joker ..had to be Heath ledger) She is an avid painter/artist and this will be perfect for her to channel her stress and anxiety. Thank you “paint by numbers” you definitely have a return customer here.

I loved having a beautiful piece of art at the end of this relaxing and rewarding hobby. There was plenty of paint (I actually have some leftover) and could easily paint over any areas where I made mistakes. Also, there was no need to be precise and worry about going outside the lines, because it looks stunning and exactly like the photo online.

I would highly recommend shopping through PaintByNumbers.shop, the delivery was extremely quick (1 week) and when I received my order I was very impressed. I have gone through other companies for the same products (which took upto 4-5 weeks) and had to put the frame together then attach the canvas to the frame, which can be quite difficult as it needs to be tight. And what you receive in the box - 4 brushes, a large picture and a separate picture with all the numbers so if you get a bit lost you've got another copy, you also receive varnish as well which no other company provides.
