Okay, first let me start by saying these boxes are such great quality. I was working with another box company and the quality was not good, it was a paper like texture with printing lines (imagine you printed off something and glued it on to a box, that kind of texture). Packlane boxes have a texture with a shimmer to it. The really feel like custom boxes that normally need 1000's of dollars for plating. Shout out to Miriam as well. She went above and beyond to help me with a deadline I had to have my boxes by. The regular processing time for me was 10 days and shipping was incredibly fast. Packlane, you rock! Thank you so much for all the hard work. Not many places out there do this quality with only a minimum of ten boxes!

Packlane is a top notch company! I am starting a womens fitness apparel brand called Foxy Athletics. I looked at several different companies to make a custom mailer box for us. I started chatting with the own of the company and even suggested a change to the customization feature on the site, AND SHE ADDED THE FEATURE TO THE SITE! They made this process so easy that I actually enjoyed customizing a box for my company! I ordered the minimum amount of boxes allowed, just to check out the quality. They kept me updated on the status of my boxes and I got them 1 week sooner than the 2 week lead time I was told! Thats what I call good business, under promise and over deliver! They officially have a lifetime customer just due to the efficiency and kindness in their customer service! Heck the owner stayed up late one night to make sure my design was perfect! They also sent me a sample of a tube I wanted to check out at no cost! This is a top notch company and I am happy I made this connection!
