Packlane provided excellent communication and customer service for my recent order! I am thrilled that they were so accommodating to our needs and provided the products at less than standard lead time. The website is also an easy to use tool to upload and approve artwork and track order status. We will continue to use Packlane for our specialty packaging needs.

I recently left the review below for Packlane. I was told in the response that someone would contact me to discuss the issues. I have yet to be contacted by anyone. This is kind of company you are dealing with when you use Packlane!! Here is the original review: One star is too much. Packlane is by far the most difficult company I have ever had to work with. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them for a few years and I have had problems with every department I have dealt with. From start to finish. The quality of the boxes has been terrible (although it has improved over the years), the way they have structured their rewards program will never benefit the customer in any way), their customer service is brutal with no one to speak to on the weekends at all, they can't handle the busy holiday season and orders take a long time to arrive, they don't honour their deadlines for delivery dates and find no fault in themselves when orders are late, they don't offer proper compensation when orders are late or printed incorrectly. The design process is very unhelpful and very specific formatting is required which makes it frustrating being a business owner - not a box designer. I haven't changed the design of my boxes because I am terrified of the awful experience I will have with the design team. These are a few of the reasons I really dislike this company and get a knot in my stomach every time I have to deal with them.

Wonderful staff! They were patient with me while I worked with my team to find a high resolution photo to go on my packaging. They did not give up on me. Their energy motivated and inspired me to make sure my staff also exemplified the same type of customer service and energy.

5 stars on all levels! We are beyond satisfied with our Packlane boxes and have gotten such amazing unboxing feedback from our clients. TY!!

I cannot say enough good about this company. I had never designed a box and they walked me through the process the entire way. At times I just wanted to settle and give up, but they continued to encourage me to go forward until I had my box exactly like I wanted. What a success! The box arrived in less than 3 weeks and I am so happy. Can’t wait to sell out so I can redesign another new box.

Very well thought out online ordering process. The animated mockup is an excellent feature and the final product is of great quality!
