Paid 2k for a table that never arrives
Writing this review because I paid almost 2k for a table that simply never arrived. Good luck with customer service; it gets you nowhere. They'll refer your problem to another "team" or another "department," promise you a resolution within 24-48 hours, and then the resolution will be "hey, still no update." I receive 40 emails a day from their sales team, their Instagram is flooded with funny reels, clearly their marketing team is working overtime, but fulfilling your actual order seems to be the last priority. I've even reached out to the company's CEO to see if he has any pull...a week later and still nothing. Do not order from here unless you enjoy speaking to useless customer service employees every day.
