Customer service was awesome, answered all questions that I had about the Svelte Outdoor Lamp!! I ordered 1 Svelte Outdoor Lamp 32 inch just to see if it would work for my project and I must say… I am very happy that I came across Ozarke. The delivery was about 4 days and now I am ordering 12 more to complete my project. Thank you Ozarke. I appreciate the help and supplying these UL listed lights.

The lights were exactly what I wanted and I got them much faster than expected. had to replace one item and they were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recommend it to all. They have good options to choose from and at a lower cost than most places. very happy

I ordered a light up mirror from this website on Sept 18. My credit card was charged the next day. The purchase seemed too good to be true, since the price was half of what most companies charged. I held out hope, but in retrospect that was stupid. This company had no reviews anywhere and I was concerned. I didn't hear anything for over a week. I tried emailing. Two weeks later they said they'd ship out the mirror. It arrived on Oct 9th. I had a professional set it up for me on Oct 23. The professional noticed it did not work correctly. He wasn't able to use any of the features that the mirror stated being able to do, like connect to wifi and bluetooth. Part of the mirror was broken. I emailed them asking for a replacement or a refund. They responded within one day stating they would exchange it. Since then, I haven't heard from them. I've emailed them three times and received no reply whatsoever. I filed a dispute with my payer. I should have known that the price was too good to be true, and I wish I listened to my gut. Dealing with companies like this has made me distrustful of online shopping.
