I bought twice from Ozarke and both times I had a great experience. The products arrived quickly and looked even better in person!

Upon uploading my original review (with one rating that detailed my initial experience with customer service about failed product), I was contacted by Ali (supervisor from customer care). He expressed concern about the initial company response (or lack thereof), and immediately arranged for the replacement of my pair of faulty linear lights, now reflected in my current 4-start rating. The new lights are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Of course they have to be installed and used before I can assess quality, and whether the original poor pair was an exception or the norm. For this, no review will be submitted until the product is fully tested over several months.

Update: Ali at Ozarke turned this entire situation around and gave me complete faith in this upscale brand. He's an outstsnding ambassador for this designer. He took complete ownership of the issue and made everything perfect. Ozarke did not want me to have a negative opinion about their brand or their products. They ensured that I was made beyond whole so that I can be a satisfied, lifelong customer. Their items themselves are top notch. Their customer service manager Ali is beyond outstanding. Order from them with confidence. You'll be pleased and others will admire your good taste. First (and only) order with Ozarke. Lamp arrived obviously used but was still prepared to accept. However, it's a tripod lamp and one of the three segments of one of the legs is missing its thread so there is no way to attach it. I called immediately and customer service seemed very confused. She kept saying "you need us to send you screws?". Then she asked "What do you want to do?". I asked "What do you suggest?". She said "Well you can return the item but you'll have to pay the shipping ". I said this is outrageous. Now they've asked for an email with photos (which I've sent) and they're arguing that I damaged this lamp! No.....I suspect some other poor soul received this 2.5 legged tripod lamp and returned it and they just shipped it off to me! Avoid this company.

Terrible. They sent a lamp missing pieces then instead of facilitating the return/replacement, they kept asking for forms to fills and other tedious things. Even after I sent multiple pictures to show the issue. Additionally, they got my address wrong 3 times. Canceling/rescheduling the shipment multiple times. Took one month to have what I paid for. Not the smartest people working there. The product is extremely cheap and overpriced.

Stylish, slim standing lamp with lots of light functions. Works well and looks good.

The absolute worst company i have ever dealt with. I ordered a sample board(most place send the free) for $13.50. Was told it ships in 2 to 3 days. Since I ordered it...I received a different one from another company, ordered $10,000 of product from them, received it, in stalled it, and enjoyed it for 2 weeks......BEFORE OZARKE MANAGED TO GET ME SAME BOARD!!!! Order confirmation 2/21....received 4/16!!!
