The lamp we purchased was very well made and pretty. When two of the globes on the lamp arrived shattered, we were quickly able to get replacements sent. There was an issue getting both (we only received one replacement), but customer service was responsive and immediately sent another replacement. Very grateful for their support.

I had an issue with my Ozarke light and service team couldn’t be more helpful to try to resolve it. It was not a fixable issue and over the extended warranty period but still they stood behind their product and exchanged the unit no charge! Ozarke Lights are customer service driven and amazing people who were always there to make our experience a success from start to finish! Rated 110% Thank you Ozarke for your support and beautiful products!!

One of our outdoor svelt lights went out after a year. Ozarke was easy to work with to get us a new one, which was a slightly different size now and gave us a discount on the one to make them match. Wonderful customer service to deal with!!

Shipping was extremely fast. The lamp was well built and the tolerances for screws was great. Build quality overall felt very solid for the price and overall this was great value. Everything was packed well and everything arrived working with no damage. Super happy with the lamp!

Customer service is not so good. Wrote multiple emails to ask if they sold replacement shades for the zen lamp if my cats destroyed them. The person responding to my email didn’t seem like a native English speaker and responded to the question multiple times in strange ways. Maybe it was ai. Like, they just didn’t understand the question. Anyway, wife bought some of the lamps anyway and we ended up returning them because they are smaller than expected.
