Very beautiful table. This piece is truly a work of art. The table arrived very well packaged and assembly was a breeze. I purchased this table before my move and the customer service at Ozark was excellent and they ensured my delivery was after my move in date. Love it!

Terrible company. I ordered the "Ray of Light Pendant" from ozarke- paid $800 for the fixture and bought the warranty as well. I hired someone to install the fixture. Maybe 2 months after installation, one entire side of the LED light started flickering and stopped working the next day. I got in touch with customer service asking for a refund for their faulty product. They refused to refund my money because the pendant was outside of the return window and asked to use the warranty to replace it. I didn't agree with this because they sent my a faulty product that stopped working and were asking me to use the warranty instead of doing the right thing which is to replace the fixture or give my money back. I expressed frustration and because of their mistake I now have to hire someone to come install the fixture. After going back and forth with Norie, who was on my case, they told me they'd send me a replacement fixture. They offered to return the fixture and give me store credit- which I have no use for because I am not interested in any of their other products and dont want $800 or more of my money stuck with them. I was not happy about this because of the way they handled the case and how long they took. I didn't want to give them any of my business or work with them anymore. I waited months for a replacement fixture and it finally arrived. When I opened the box, i noticed that THE REPLACEMENT THEY SENT ME, AFTER MAKING ME WAIT FOR SO LONG, WAS THE WRONG SIZE!!!! They sent me the small fixture which is cheaper than the one I ordered!! NOT ONLY WAS IT THE WRONG SIZE, THIS FIXTURE WAS NOT MANUFACTURED PROPERLY AND HAS PARTS OF THE FIXTURE THAT ARE OVERLAPPING IN AREAS WHERE THEY SHOULD NOT BE. I was so upset that after making me wait for so long, AFTER PROMISING ME THAT THEY WOULD HANDLE MY CASE since THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY that they STILL SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM!!! HOW? I reached out to them again. Asking for a refund again because at this point, its too much. The first time, I had gone along with what they wanted wanted me to do by agreeing to take a replacement. At this point, I have no desire to have any of their products in my house. And again, when I report the problem, they refuse a refund even though THIS IS THEIR FAULT AGAIN!!! They refuse to refund my money. They didn't believe me that the product was wrong and asked me for pictures- adding more work to my plate for their mistakes. And on top of that, they want me to now sent the wrong fixture back- adding more work to my plate to carry a giant box to the shipping store. This company does not care if you paid for installation, if you've been waiting months, and how frustrating it is to take the old fixture off, put a new one on. They don't care that because of their mistake I now have to take a giant box to the UPS store. They don't care about the customer, they just want you to make the initial payment and you're stuck with their crappy service and products. My sincere advice to everyone is to not buy from Ozarke. You'd think that if a customer bought the most expensive fixture on their website, that it would actually work. NO. Their products are POORLY MADE, AND STOP WORKING VERY FAST.

I would give Ozarke Lighting a zero if I could have. The worst company I have ever purchased from. They took forever to ship the product then we receive a couple pieces with no crystals or lights. They do not do phone calls only online. Then they ship pieces and the color of the frames is not the color you see. They refuse to give us our money back. We have spent over four months and 20 pages of emails with them. They are liars and thieves. They say they know we should receive a refund but their manufacture does not agree. We did not purchase from their manufacture we purchased from Ozarke company. I do not do reviews unless I am really done and felt taken. So you can take my advice and not shop here and the United States government should not allow them to do business and rip off hard working Americans!
