Review Update! Great News!
This is an update to my earlier review. Once This issue was fully understood by the management at the Oxygen Generator Store they promptly remedied the situation. They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and eager to help with my problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing an oxygen concentrator.

Excellent Customer Focus
They listened to my needs and concerns and recommended the concentrator they believed would work best. It was delivered quickly and was in pristine condition. I highly recommend them!

A few days ago I made a mistake
A few days ago, I stated that I wasn't able to get the siv I needed due to an inventory backorder. I had the wrong company. The Oxygen Concenter Store had it in stock, shipped it the same day, and I recieved it ahead of sechedule. Sorry for the mistake, I will purchase from them in the future.

I purchased a machine from this place
I purchased a machine from this place. They are a third party seller. You need to deal directly with Inogen. I have had to return my machine 3x in less than a year. It has been very disconcerting being stuck at home!! I do not recommend dealing with these people.
