Hard to find the good guys nowadays
This is a company designed to convince you to buy their machines. Having had some contact with them I would not do business with them if my life depended on it. We will continue our search for a company who actually has the customers' needs as a priority. They are the supplier of a $20 machine part we needed, they recommended it, they list it on their website, but it was out of stock and they could not be bothered to help us get it.

I was slow in getting it but I couldn’t…
I was slow in getting it but I couldn’t be happier with what it does for me. The other problem is the tanks don’t last long enough. One trip to Winchester forward to six hours and it’s out. Thank you for wanting to know

Buying was very easy and rep was helpful. The portable unit didn't work for my mom and the oxygen concentartor store made it easy to return the unit with no hassle.
