Disappointing Shopping Experience
I honestly had high expectations when I placed my order and was looking forward to receiving the product. However, when I noticed that the product description on my receipt was different from what I believed I had ordered, I contacted the company simply to ask for clarification. Instead of receiving a clear explanation, my order was canceled without my request or consent. Unfortunately, I was never given a reason for the cancellation. I was genuinely disappointed because I only wanted to make sure I was receiving the correct product. I hope the company can improve its communication with customers in situations like this.

When we followed up by phone, we offered to switch you to a home charger and went over the price difference. At that time, you let us know you'd prefer to keep charging your unit in the car. You sent a cheap
You sent a cheap, hard plastic mask tyat ws collasted on one side and had multiple grimps in the tubing. It was unusable. Lawrence Howell

Disappointed
I was told that it would last 2 to 4 hours on a full charge. I’m lucky to get 1 hour and it never gets into the 90s.

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry for the confusion about battery life. The 2 to 4-hour range applies to the lower settings. On setting 4 which is what you stated you are using, the battery is designed to run about 1 hour and 24 minutes, so the runtime you're seeing is in line with how the product works. The unit we were given originally was…
The unit we were given originally was loud, we weren’t told it was air on demand, it only worked for 6 months, when I called about the problem, I was told it would arrive that Tuesday because Monday was a holiday, it came today, Saturday. What if that had been his only unit? And the worst! I’m told you send us a box and I have to return the unit in three days or I’m charged for the unit. Later, the paper work in the box said maybe, $15? Doesn’t matter, the idea that if it isn’t sent by a certain time or else is rude. Maybe one or two weeks, this is absurd. I dislike your company, I will discourage anyone from using your service and we certainly won’t again. Don’t think about sending us any sales info.

The new battery didn't last no longer…
The new battery didn't last no longer than the battery I already had. It was fully changed.
