We needed a portable oxygen concentrator very quickly to cater to a very sick family member. We had no experience with such products. James walked us through our options, answered our questions and had the POC shipped overnight to us. The POC was delivered within 16 hours!! We had an excellent experience during a very stressful time...

Lucas is on the ball. Walked us thru the process and answered our questions. Great doing business with a company that keeps their promises. Will definitely do business again. Eclipse5 performed as demanded and batteries last as told so. Unit arrived with no damage and packed very well. Thanks for all your help. God bless Allen and Vicky
