Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

This was the first site I contacted and after checking out a couple of other ones came right back and contacted Jake who was helpful and informative. We ended up with exactly what we needed at a reasonable cost. The follow up calls regarding the prescription and shipping were wonderful. Great company to do business with! Thank you!!

The salesmen were very helpful and not too pushy. Placing the order was a breeze and shipment was prompt. We received the unit in just a few days and it's working out great. The Caire unit itself is a little bulky and slightly noisy but the ease to operate it more than makes up for it's faults.

We had to ask you to recall the shipment because Judy put the wrong address on our order. We asked you to refund our charges and we were told that you would as soon as the items were received by you. Sorry for any inconveniance .T O'Neal 3/2/22

Excellent, helpful service!

I ordered a SimplyGo. Everyone was friendly and informative. I had it at home within 2-3 days. Very quickly. I love it.

They have the means of fixing my concentrator in a timely matter. And sent it back to my home to use. There staff is very professional when talking on the phone. They told me my oxygen concentrator was still under warranty so my repairs where under warranty but my tubes weren't so I just had to purchase those. Thanks for the professional matter

Professional acting not a hint of used car dealer and knowledgeable.

The service was excellent, the gentleman who helped me was very kind and he knew the product. I would recommend you to anyone needing an oxygen machine.
