It would have been great but i had to…not covered under warrantee
It would have been great but i had to purchase a re conditioned unit instead of getting a free replacement under warrantee. My unit was only 6 months old.

we were given the means to send the…
we were given the means to send the machine back to the company for repairs. We did that, but believe it was not overly used to need a repair.We sent it back and hope we receive it back ok

The gentleman we worked with always answered his phone whenever we called for assistance. He was great on answering all our questions we had.

Warranty repair?
I was directed to the service center that repairs the machines you sell, I was out of warranty. I hoped for a quick turn around like I had last time but mow I'm advised to expect 4-6 weeks for the repair.

Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration regarding the estimated 4–6-week turnaround time for repairs, especially since you had a much quicker experience with your previous repair. Because the equipment is now outside of its warranty period, the unit must be sent to our authorized out-of-warranty repair facility for evaluation, repair, testing, and recertification. This facility is specifically equipped to service and recertify the machines we sell, ensuring that the equipment is returned in proper working condition and meets the necessary performance and safety requirements. We understand that being without your equipment for 4–6 weeks is not ideal. While we cannot guarantee a shorter timeframe, we will make every effort to facilitate the process as quickly as possible once the equipment is received by the repair center. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. The purchase was flawless
The purchase was flawless, no complaints there. I got mine on Sept. 4th, now they are $750 off until the end of the month. Bad timing I guess.
