Bait and switch
I ordered the devilbliss and they called to tell me it wouldnt be ready and offered a different machine at the same price but threw in a kit. The machine they sent was 100$ cheaper bit charged me the more expensive price cause they threw in a 30$ kit! The machine they sent only produces 9psi where the better devilbliss produces almost 20psi. Once they suckered me , i called numerous times and was sent to voicemail. When i actually reached a person they hung up then I got voicemail again. We had the item sent ahead of us to our new home so the 30 day was too late to send back and i doubt I would have gotten a response anyway. Wont ever use these crooks again!!!

Sale went fine
Sale went fine. But tried to follow up with problems and could not get a call back . Had to drive down there (45& min each way) to talk to a person. Could only get the receptionist who was very nice and did her best to help. If only the support function was as responsive as the sales people who are trying to get your money.

At the time of purchase, our return policy (including the 25% restocking fee) is clearly outlined, so customers know what to expect should a return be needed. While we are unable to extend the return period beyond the stated policy, we did offer to accept the return in accordance with those terms.

Warranty does not cover servicing in the country they sell it to...Can only be serviced in the USA...
The machine is satisfactory and the service was good. My great disappointment is that I bought it to travel from Mexico to Canada where I am moving to but had to have it shipped to someone in the USA who brought it here for me. So even though their site offers 3 countries to sell to, being USA, Canada and Mexico they wouldn´t ship to Mexico. After receiving it at one point it said ¨Service Required¨ on the machine. I Shut it down and restarted it and no problem but I started wondering what do I do if I need it serviced? So I contacted the representative who was in contact with me for the purchase and he said it would have to be sent back to the USA if it needed service! They don´t even have a service center in Canada and the same applies there which is where I will be living. This is insane. Why are you offering 3 countries to sell to but can only be serviced in the USA. The site is very deceiving as it doesn´t mention that at all and I am certainly not happy about this at all. He also said that the warranty will only cover servicing in the USA! If serviced in Canada will be at my expense! Can you imagine the cost and inconvenience of having to send it to the USA for servicing!
The customer should be informed about this when speaking to the rep that they insist you do to buy the machine. This is so,so unacceptable!

I purchased a Rove 4 unit with extra…
I purchased a Rove 4 unit with extra batteries and charger well over $3200 dollars... 6 months later it failed... a recall was issued and a used unit was sent to me and 2 months later I had to replace the columns...I am told these columns are only warranted until the purchase date in June and they cost $175.. I called about the lifetime warranty and was told it doesn't cover the columns. This unit has only been used about 100 hours in total on a setting of 2. I am so disappointed in the unit and your store.I was told when the unit failed that it would take up to 6 weeks to repair...I spoke to a rep from the store and was basically told buyer beware the colums usually last ab 8 to 14 months and are a consumable supply, something I was never told...I am so disappointed is this purchase
