The oxygen concentrator I bought died after three month. I had to pay $60 and arrange to get it to a shipper for repair even though it was "under warranty". There is provision of a "loaner". They have had the unit for 10 days and I have not even gotten an update on when I can expect to have it back. Luckily, I have a portable unit so I am not in respiratory distress. The company does not appear to care about anything once they have made the sale. The customer service is poor and they do not seem to care if they are leaving an oxygen dependent patient without oxygen. So much for their "family" advertising.
