The company has knowledgeable staff
The company has knowledgeable staff. They are quick to respond to questions and potential problems. The staff is very friendly and NOT pushy. I am having a very good non stressful experience.

I received my order in very little time…
I received my order in very little time and am quite satisfied with the unit. The only problem is that I only received cannulas with nasal ends when I specifically asked for tubbing to attach to a c-pap as I sleep with a c-pap with oxygen. The nasal attachments do not come off.

My oxygen concentrator was not working…
My oxygen concentrator was not working correctly. It kept cutting off and showing the symbol for not breathing. The store sent it off to be repaired. Since it returned it has been working fine. I do not run out of oxygen on the way to the dining room.
