I found dealing with Oxygen Concentrator Store and their representative to be a pleasure experience. The information I received was from the representative to be knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. When spending my money I want the experience to be pleasant or I will spend it elsewhere. My next purchase regarding this type or product I will consider 'Oxygen Concentrator Store' first.

Aziz with very helpful in helping me pick out the best concentrator for me. A couple days after I received it they set up a half hour phone call so they could go over all of the features and what each symbol meant so I would know what the screen was telling me

Getting the oxygen machine was excellent but I really wanted to have an Inogen machine. I am not very pleased with the Caire machine and hope my old inogen machine can be fixed and be fixed so it runs for a long time. I am not sure about signing with the terms and conditions as I really don't know what that is all about but seems like it is the only way to submit it.

my husband's oxygen concentrator had a yellow light showing and kept beeping in the middle of the night and waking us up. We called them and they arranged a replacement that came by UPS the next day and the driver took our old machine and returned it to the concentrator store. It all went very smoothly.

I learned I need a portable oxygen concentrator at night. I quickly learned I couldn't rely on a travel rental. We ride a motorcycle and storage is limited. My salesman James was spot on for what I needed. My doctor was pleased with the recommended machine. It was one of the few times recently what was promised was delivered. A day early no less. Thanks James!

no comment at this time . Everything was fine

Deborah was awesome to work with.

Ordered columns for an oxygen concentrator from them. Handled efficiently. Very expensive compare d to other providers But they are a genuine Inogen repair group and I bought the unit from them. They are ok We have no local providers
