I appreciated their willingness to get my prescription from my main doctor and me not have to find it. I needed it in a day and they allowed that to happen.

The sales process was flawless! The product arrived on time! Once opened I followed instructions to a “T” to ensure product would have the best results for my Mother. This is where the whole thing went sideways. Upon turning the “X-Plor” on it read “oxygen delivery error” and the machine shut off, we changed the cannula, and turned the machine back on, at this time it read “sensor failure” I called my sales rep (I still maintain that he is awesome at his job) he opened a ticket and forwarded me to customer service, the rep informed me that he was not even going to try to fix my problem that he would be sending another machine, but before he could do so I would have to return the bad product that I paid almost $2,700.00 for. Since I am a one car household I also had to pay $19.38 for UPS to pick up the defective package. I am beyond displeased.

We have made several purchases from this company and have been very pleased with the amount of time it took to receive the items and the longevity of them!
