My salesperson, Nick was attentive and informative.

The distributor was very professional and helpful

Excellent customer service while ordering and after receiving the unit. Easy to setup and use. Customer service answered all our questions.

Quick delivery. Knowledgeable and personable sales.

The salesperson Nick V was very professional and gave complete answers to questions, arrangements, and necessary paperwork. Followed through with purchase and shipping information. Everflo Q unit was timely delivered and easy to setup including Humidifier. Although one of the quietest models of concentrator available, IMO it could use some better- additional/directional sound baffles. Still getting used to using it- but no problems so far. Perhaps could consider including a dated - pint/quart bottle of distilled water as part of shipment with humidifier.

Excellent delivery time and order all there!

It’s a real nice backpack I just wish there was more compartments for me to put my stuff in so I don’t have to carry a purse also

o2 concentrator arrived when promised. The unit works as advertised. Performs as a reliable backup. Convenient to have it operate on an auto 12 battery and on house 110 volts. You don’t have to always use the batteries which should help prolong their life. Nice to have a 3 year warranty.
