I called in a desperate state / And Aziz answered and was awesome - I am new to using oxygen and was not very well informed at my discharge about it I now have a great portable concentrator that has changed my life for the better Aziz answered all my questions and he knew some that I was not even aware of yet Just a great experience all the way around

I HAD GOOD FORTUNE TO HAVE NICK VANNATTA TO HELP ME. HE WAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL PERSON. HE UNDERSTOOD MY NEEDS AND HAD ALL THE ANSWERS FOR ME. BECAUSE OF NICK I HAD THE FEELING THAT I COULD TRUST THIS COMPANY,WITH THE PURCHASE OF A 16 CELL BATTERY,WHICH WAS EXPENSIVE. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THIS BATTERY IT HAS PERFORMED EXTREMELY GOOD. I WILL IN THE FUTURE IF NEED TO WILL RECOMEND YOUR COMPANY AND NICK VANNATA.

The alarm went off. I called & went through some instructions, found a problem. The person was extremely helpful, indicated that it was still in warranty and to send it in. It was quickly returned. I have re-assembled, and am charging it. Thank you.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Helpful. My machine was received well packaged and on time. I highly recommend this company.
