My mother’s attitude towards using the concentrator cannula often changed last Saturday 5/07/22 when she started to use the Caire FreeStyle comfort portable. She is using it most of the day and her oxigen reading is great 👍 Yesterday she visited Dr. González Molina who checked it and finalized programming it and gave us (her caretaker and I) more instructions. Per the Dr’s instructions, on return to VA, I will request a double (16 cell) battery to interchange charged batteries, and will bring it in my next trip to ES. I am quite happy 😃 and gave Dr. González details of your company for future reference to his patients in need of portable oxigen concentrators.

Fast and easy to work with

Had purchased Inogen home concentrator for night time use in the past and it has been great. Now I needed one for my living room. The rep suggested an Everflo model. It was more affordable and seems to work great for me. I also have a portable Inogen concentrator but wanted to get a separate battery charger and additional battery for it. My daughter ordered directly online without going through a representative, but got the wrong model equipment. Oxygen Concentrator Store is very good about returning and swapping out for the correct ones even though it was our error. They sent a return label and I am sure we will get the correct ones soon. We appreciate the ease of purchase and return as well as prices.
