The Oxygen Concentrator Store and their Sales Rep., Rex Albert, listened to what I needed then recommended a portable oxygen concentrator that would best fit my needs. I have only had my POC for a few days now, but it seems to do the job. The POC was delivered complete with all the accessories promised on schedule and the Oxygen Concentrator Store's price was the best compared with quotes received from other suppliers. Since receiving my oxygen concentrator I had a couple of questions about the operation of the POC and Rex was happy to answer my questions. I would recommend the Oxygen Concentrator Store to anyone.

My experience with the OCS was very good. My questions were answered promptly and the purchase was seamless. I ended up buying the Claire Companion 5. It’s louder then I thought it would be by the decibel rating but equal too or less then 4 other brands/ models I’ve used. Overall performance is good.
