Happy to give 5 Stars.
I just found out that I need to use a POC. It’s a lifestyle change and a little concerning. I called your store yesterday, left a message and Mez Fitsum called me back. How lucky for me!! We talked at length about what my needs were and what appliance I might need. I called back, set up an appointment and went in today. Again, Mez was thorough, not pushy and guided me through what would best suit my needs. I was even able to try two different products, which was extremely helpful. I ended up purchasing the Caire Freestyle Comfort POC. This will be my first night using it, so I can’t speak to the product here, but with Mez’s guidance, I feel confident with what I’ve bought.

Good before purchase
This would have been a five star rating except for my after buying experience. While I was looking at information and just getting started on this process of buying a POC the person was very responsive to my questions and texts. After I purchased the concentrator and had some issues with getting it to link with the app I got no response whatsoever to my texts. Text messages was how I was responded to when I tried calling the phone number on the website or contacting somebody on the website. I found that a little odd but it worked and I could get my questions answered. I loved being able to go into the store and see the different units and try them on for size (they are local to me).
